From what I've read elsewhere, it appears that a large portion of existing BlackBerry users didn't like the new keyboard which is understandable. I would prefer the old keyboard, but I was willing to compromise for the size. That said, it actually works great. I just type away and rarely have to re-type or make adjustments. The SureType is incredible. I've been very impressed. The keyboard works quite well for me, though I had the advantage of this being my first BlackBerry.
