I think that having the advantage of limited responsibility is priceless to an entrepreneur. The main factor of business failure is the inability to stick it out in times of crisis. Usually success is waiting right after a crisis but the average entrepreneur doesn't have the luxury of waiting til then.....so, back to the cubicles they go! I totally agree with you Tom.
